In 2001, GENESIS Pharma expanded its business operations in Cyprus, where it currently sells and markets certain of its products through its wholly-owned subsidiary GENESIS Pharma (Cyprus) Ltd.

In addition, the company has established representative offices in Sofia, Bulgaria and Bucharest, Romania.

GENESIS Pharma is a member of the Emerging Biotechnology Enterprises (EBE), an exclusive European biotech organization, member of the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations (EFPIA).
